Labiaplasty (Labioplasty) can be performed on the labia minora (the inner pinkish lips) or the labia majora (the outer lips) with hair bearing skin covering fat pads, or both. Labiaplasty (labioplasty) is frequently performed with vaginal rejuvenation to tighten the gaping vagina and to improve the aesthetics. Labiaplasty (labioplasty) sometimes is done in conjunction with clitoral hood reduction when the enlarged sagging labia are associated with redundant hood over the clitoris.
